May 16, 2009: Amber and Roo went to their second AKC show and went WD/BOW/BOB for a 3pt major. Then they placed 4th in the group. Roo is 8 months old and owner-handled by Amber. Way to go!!
May 31, 2009: Roo earned his Canine Good Citizen and is now Equinox Jump For Joy CGC!
September 26, 2009: At the Viriginia State 4-h Dog Show Amber was the Best Senior Handler in Jr. Showmanship, and Roo won his class in Standard Agility with a perfect score and the fastest time. At the end of the day, they were awarded the 2009 Senior Top Dog Champion Award and scholarship, having the highest combined score from Jr. Showmanship, Standard Agility, and Obedience.
October 2, 2009: Roo was WD/BOS at the Maryland KC show and earned another point towards his Ch. Congrats Amber & Roo!
October 24, 2009: Roo was shown in Rally for the first time and got a qualifying score. Congrats!
November 14, 2009: Roo earned his first leg towards his RL1 title in APDT Rally Obedience.
January 30, 2010: Amber and Roo were WD/BOW for another point! Yahoo, congrats Amberroo!!
February 20, 2010: at the ADPT trial today, Roo qualified in both trials and earned his RL1 title! He got a 204 and a 208 (out of 210) with a first and second placement. Congrats to Amberoo on another great day!
March 20, 2010: Roo went to his first UKC shows. At the first show, he was WD/BOW/BOB/G2 and Amber was BJH. At the second show, he was WD/BOW/BOB and Group 1!! Amber was BJH at the second show as well. After only one weekend he is two-thirds of the way to his UKC championship!!
April 10, 2010: WD at the Shenandoah Kennel Club for another AKC point!
May 7-8, 2010: Roo finished his RN title with scores of 95 and 98!
